How to Report a Broken Download Link or a New Game Version

If you need to report a broken download link, you are helping every player who visits the same page after you. Game Chaska works best when readers tell us what they see, and a short message is often all it takes.

This guide explains what you can report, what details to include and what happens after you send your report. Reporting is quick and friendly, and you do not need any technical knowledge.

What You Can Report

There are two common reasons to get in touch. The first is a download link that does not work, for example a page that will not open, a file that stops downloading or a Play Now button that does not take you where it should. The second is a new version of a game that has been released while our page still shows the older one.

If you notice other mistakes on a game page, such as a wrong detail or a typing error, you can tell us about those too. We are always happy to keep the pages accurate.

Quick Checks Before You Report

Some link problems are temporary, so a few quick checks can save you time. Refresh the page and try again. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or try a different browser. Wait a few minutes and try once more, because busy periods can slow things down.

Also check that your phone has enough free storage, since a full phone can make a download fail even when the link is fine. If the problem is still there, it is time to report it. Our Downloads and Installation guide lists more checks.

What to Include in Your Report

The more clear details you share, the faster we can find and fix the problem. A helpful report mentions the name of the game and the page where you noticed the problem. Add a short description of what happened, such as “the download starts and then stops” or “the page does not open”.

It also helps to mention your phone model and Android version, and the time you tried. If you have spotted a new version, tell us the version number and where you saw it, preferably from the game’s own official source.

Please do not include your passwords, OTP codes or banking details in any report. We will never need them.

How to Report a Problem

Open our Contact page and choose Broken download link or new version from the Select Department list. Add your name and email, write the game’s name and a few clear sentences about what happened, and press Submit.

Keep your message polite and specific, and send one report for each game so nothing gets mixed up.

What Happens After You Report

Once your report reaches us, we check the page and the link. If we find the issue, we update the link or the game details so the page works again for everyone. When a new version is available, we update the page so players see the latest information.

Checking a report can take a little time, because we want to confirm everything carefully before changing a page. Thank you for your patience.

While You Wait

Avoid downloading the game from unknown links that strangers send you, even if they say the original link is old. These files can be changed or unsafe. It is better to wait for the corrected page, or to try another game from our Latest games section in the meantime.

Problem Report or Complaint: Which One Do You Need?

A problem report is for technical matters such as broken links and new versions. A complaint is for concerns about a game itself. If your concern is about how a game treated you or about something that does not feel right, please use our Complaints guide and the Submit a complaint page.
